Importing from csv files

This is intended so that anyone who has their peal records in an excel file or any other format that can be exported to csv can get their data into Duco. The fields numbers are configurable, as are some field types.

As everyones' format will be slightly different this functionality is a work in progress, hopefully most of the fields settings are self explanatory. Please let me know if this doesn't quite work for your data and I'll see what can be done to help if you send me your data file.

Handbells
Alternate bells	Import every other ringer, as all the ringers are listed twice
String	String that indicates this is a handbell peal
Ringers
Conductor by name	The conductor column has the ringer name, exactly as it appears in the bell column.
Conductor by bell number	The conductor column contains the bell number the conductor was ringing.
